Is same-day delivery really guaranteed?
Yes. Same-day delivery is available on request anywhere in the UK, and once we've booked it, it's guaranteed. We deliver it ourselves, or use a trusted partner when the timing needs it, and you keep one point of contact. Call us on 01993 700111 to book and we'll confirm collection.
Can you arrange a tail-lift vehicle?
Yes. If your goods are heavy or on a pallet and there's no forklift at one end, we can arrange a vehicle with a tail lift (a powered platform at the back that lifts goods on and off). Just mention it when you ask for a quote.
Do you use subcontractors?
Yes, when a job needs it. For larger vehicles, removals specialists, containers, or when the timing demands it, we use trusted partners. We manage every partner job ourselves, so you still deal with our Witney team from quote to delivery.
Is my delivery insured?
Yes. We hold public liability, goods in transit and freight liability insurance. For high-value or unusual items, we work with our insurance broker to arrange extended cover, so tell us about anything special when you ask for a quote.
